Motivational Speaker, Trainer, Facilitator Annie Greeff is a motivational speaker, training and development consultant, facilitator and author. Her accredited consultancy, Annie Greeff and Associates specialises in developing Corporate Resilience. She helps organisations to interpret evolving business challenges to align leadership strategies and training interventions with market requirements. The focus of her work is on personal, interpersonal and organisational resilience as it relates to leadership and performance management. She was 2007-2008 National President and Founding Member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa, and a representative on the Leadership Council of the International Federation for Professional Speakers. She is also a member of the Global Speakers Federation. Her work as Director of Ed-U-College and member of the Advisory Committee of E-Square Enterprises, as well as part time lecturer in the Department of Management and Leadership at UNISA, involved her with cutting edge learning and development trends. Her two internationally published books, Resilience Volumes 1 & 2, were nominated as best Educational Resource in the UK during 2006. She has an interest in the development of young people, and her talks to teachers and parents focus strongly on the development of future leaders.
